I ve waited for over 30 years to finally get hold of this book Having watched the movie Breaker Morant I had to read Edward Witton version of the story Its a stunning historical read and takes you back in time where you can imagine the scenes he describes A long forgotten world and a very interesting read.

Not to be thought of as a romantic tale, this is a dry soldiers account of his service, and its consequences.A worthwhile read, but less certain as a purchase, which must depend upon your purpose.
